Hi everyone! I am a recent first time home owner, landlord, and Super noob investor in the  CT 06239 area. I am very new to BP and I just wanted to take a second to say thank you so much to Josh, Brandon, and the rest of the BP community! I joined this site less than a month ago and I am completely hooked! The help, information, and motivation I have already received has been priceless! This website is "The Bees Knees" its like steroids for the investing mind, I am so grateful to be a part of it!
