Hi and thanks @Josh Bakshi. My current plan is to attempt my first flip this year for some capitol and knowledge, also house hack my second multi family this year. I plan to add one multi family to my portfolio each year. Also I start my required real estate license laws and principles class this Saturday.. 

I kind of fell into investing basically by making a few good decisions out of necessity, but I think I may have found myself by accident, lol.

Hi everyone! I am a recent first time home owner, landlord, and Super noob investor in the  CT 06239 area. I am very new to BP and I just wanted to take a second to say thank you so much to Josh, Brandon, and the rest of the BP community! I joined this site less than a month ago and I am completely hooked! The help, information, and motivation I have already received has been priceless!
