Hello everyone. My name is Don and I'm new to the real estate world. I've read books and done research online. As I did my research I cam across this site several times and it's great. I'm currently starting out my wholesaling in the Hampton Roads area but as I earn more I plan on keeping the houses I come across and start rehabbing them myself.  I'm a sponge for knowledge so I look forward to hearing from each and every one of you.
