Hello. I'm a new member living in northern VA (originally from the Boston area) looking to get into real estate investing. Currently, evaluating a couple rental properties in NC – where I hope to retire in 10-15 years – and doing as much research as possible. BP is a great site with a wealth of information. I look forward to networking with the BP community.
