Hey BP,

I am looking for recommendations for an investor friendly attorney in the Olympia/ Lacey/ Tumwater areas that is familiar with assignment deals and rent to buys.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Ty

Welcome to BP!

Take some time daily to familiarize yourself with the site and all its offerings. It's very easy to become overwhelmed but Rome wasn't built in a day so pace yourself and ask many, many questions. Oh, and don't forget to include a pic for your profile.

Much success,

TG

Good day/eve agents and brokers,

So I am doing some research on RE agent marketing,  specifically listing agents and what you spend monthly on marketing one of your listings. I am also curious as to what your conversion rates are- how many calls it takes you to get a listing appointment, how many appointments it takes for you convert into an actual listing, customer cost, etc., and whatever important info you would like to share.

Thanks!

Much Success,

TG

I target buyers, but as in consumers looking to purchase or rent to own.

Our signs with the headline "My Husband Is A Pig" went fairly well.

In other words create your own lane. Just be sure to do a few test signs first by just putting up 1 or 2 to gauge how they pull.

I think placing them in yards is one of the best ways to go with signs.

Placing them in your own yard is good, getting your friends and family to place them in their yards is even better.

@Account Closed,

I really cannot add much more than what has already been touched on in this thread.

Become educated and be the young go to guy that people will respect. If you know your stuff folks will recognize that you are indeed a force to be reckoned with...regardless of your age.

Much success!

Call me crazy, but I believe that you DO need a few naysayers in your circle.Some may even call these people "haters".

For me, this is the ULTIMATE motivation. (side note, if people call you "crazy" you are doing the right thing!).

I have 2 guys in my inner circle who, when I told them about my RE goals, one said "Why do you wanna do that?, no one's buying houses!"

NO ONE is buying houses? Seriously, NO ONE?? In my area, you can go to any RE broker waving a preapproval letter for 155k in their face and they will smile at you like one of those cheshire cats.

I have always been the type of person who succeeds in everything I put my mind to RE is no different thus far, to this I say thank you naysayers for the motivation.

@David Battle,

Don't get discouraged my friend. Sounds like you are doing all of the right things to get noticed.

For me personally I guess it was just being able to have a natural conversation with my mentor initially. We spoke about our personal lives- our family and I spoke to him about what my life goals were at the time. I guess that resonated with him.

Also, the timing of it all was perfect, I guess this is something none of us can control.

I guess its funny how people are brought into our lives when we are in the most need. That is how it played out for me.
