New guy from Portland Oregon

Hello BP,

My name is Daniel I'm 33, have a great wife and young son! I live just south of Portland near Milwaukie. I have lived in this area my whole life and this is where I hope to invest! 

My goal is to do a couple of flips to gain some capitol to invest in 3-4 plex.

As part of the hunt for the first deal I'm concentrating on looking for homes with terrible yards. My family owns a tree maintnece company and I have skilled labor that will help me if I BBQ. I also have contractors that we work with that I have a lot of trust in! 

I'm so glad I found BP and can't get enough of the podcasts!!!
