Greetings
Hi. I'm new to BiggerPockets, and interested in becoming a real estate investor. Last weekend I spent a couple hours looking on craigslist for opportunities. I found, much to my amazement, what I will call a distressed property. I've spent some time trying to figure out how to structure a creative offer. I have some ideas, but with no experience and no advice from people who know how, I'm not ready to do anything about it. So, that's where I'm starting.
