I recommend you hire an attorney or CPA. You can find some here on BP.

This is one of those things you should not be sharing with the whole world.

If you're worried about it, don't do it.

Please don't hire a bunch of laborers to rip out asbestos. The fine could bankrupt you, and the guilt for causing irreversable illness could be worse.

I'm not sure I understand your question.

I think you're planning to rent a private room in someone's home, in Houston.

I wouldn't worry about whether the person owns the home or not. That's not your concern. The only thing you need to know is if the living situation is compatible with your lifestyle. If there's a problem later, you can just move.

Ask them directly about the other two dogs.

Post: Need help from experienced SD wholesaler to put SFR on contract

I have a lead on an off market SFR in a low income area in San Diego, zip code 92113. I don't feel comfortable working in this neighborhood and I'd like to work with an experienced, local wholesaler to help get this property on contract. All I'm asking for is half of the fee and some of your experience sharing.

I got the lead from my postcard mailing campaign. The owner called me. The property is rented out at $2000/month, according to the owner.

Please provide me some details of your experience with this type of property when you contact me.

@Jeffery Waicak I was looking for my colleagues list too. I finally found it. On your Profile page, there's a link for how many "connections" you have. Click the number and it will bring you to the list.

Frustrating how they keep 'improving' the website when it already works fine.

I'm looking for a vacation rental manager for a large SFR near St. Albans, VT.

I don't own the property yet, but if the income potential is good enough, I will make an offer to buy it for that purpose.

Please let me know of any vacation rental manager in that area.

Thanks
