Hey everyone, I'm Nick, new to the website & loving all the resources Bigger Pockets has to offer! I'm a recent finance grad working in the commercial finance industry (asset-based lending)... it has been a dream of mine to pursue real estate investing to create passive income and I'm interested in acquiring rental properties in Orange County, CA... looking forward to utilizing this site in order to make that dream a reality.
