Jumping into Cleveland, OH

Hi everyone, I've been on the sideline listening to the podcasts for a while and secretly ego has held me back. Thinking I could do it all myself but not the right mindset. I've been investing in Australia where I grew up for some time, now that I'm here I thought hey cheap property! why not give it a go.

I've moved to Cleveland OH from Minneapolis MN in Jan. I was bored so I started looking at properties while everyone was sitting by the fireplace. Looking in particular for Multi-family homes that are turn key ready with tenants in place.

Exciting to say I've purchased my first commercial property (8 unit apartment building) using a larger down payment and the rest hard money and closing on a up and down next week with conventional financing. Would like to meet more investors with a bit of experience to gain knowledge and find out how you manage your properties, also how out of town owners manage from inter state as I plan to move in a years time.
