Hello everyone,

I am very excited to have found this web-site. I had originally googled some invester  questions and this site popped up. I am a Newbie and a "Late Bloomer" to real estate investing. ( late 50's). I am still soaking up all the education I can and looking to net work with like minded people. Most of my working life has been spent in the finance field. I am now ready for a change. Wholesaling is where I would like to start. I think this is a challenging but very rewarding field to get into. I am passionate about anything and everything that has to do with real estate.
