Hi, my name is David, and I'm a real estate investor. Currently, in the past five years, my wife and I own and manage four rental investment properties. Two condos, a 2-unit apartment building, and a 6 unit apartment building. 10 fully rented units/apartments in total. I was a licensed Illinois realtor with Coldwell Banker between 2002 and 2005. Hope to be able generate enough income from my current and future rental investment properties so that my wife and I can be financially free and not depend on our day jobs to make a living.
