Learning the Ropes

Hello everyone,

I've done tons of reading and have learned a lot about this site. My wife and are serious about real estate investing and starting an LLC. We went to Than Merrills's 3 day seminar, but don't worry, we didn't buy anything, but got valuable information which got me even more excited. we are starting with no captial and have been told a Wholesaling is the way to start. How do we not the ground running in the most effective way? I can read a thousand books, but that won't start my business.
