@Ashton Cleveland

That makes sense! Thank you for your time. So there is ways I can still make it happen. I am glad.

@Benjamin Seibert Thank you for your input. I’m definitely going to focus on learning as much as possible so I can hit the ground running after college too. I may just focus on options derivative trading while in college so I can master that skill while learning about the real estate game. Take care!

Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing well and living your best lives. My name is David Ferrante and I am a first year college student athlete for Northwestern University. I am currently 19 years old and I am really interested in starting BRRRR investing. I just ordered Dave Green's book on the topic.

I was wondering if this strategy is doable as a 19 yr old college student. I am ambitious and driven and will do whatever it takes to be successful even if it meant pitching 1000 investors. I think since I do not have an income currently I would most likely need a co-signer on the refinance part after using a private lender. I have a couple people I know in mind who may be able to do private lending, but I was mostly wondering what the best way I can start out is and if it is doable as a 19 year old student athlete with hustle? Also, where is the best place to find the deals on distressed places? Thank you all for your time and best of luck in your endeavors!

Hey all. I was wondering what you guys think is the best way to locate properties that are in need of repair to find deals for the BRRRR strategy? I was thinking Zillow could be good place to start, but where is the best place to find deals on beat up places?

Hey everyone. I am pretty new to the BiggerPockets community. I am a first year student athlete for Northwestern University and I want to get my first BRRRR deal this year (I am currently 19). I will use a private funder to fund the deal. However, the thing I am concerned about is if I will be able to get approved for the refinance loan from the bank after the post rehab appraisal comes in because I am 19 and technically don't have a full time job or income right now. The university pays me some money to live in my apartment 3 times a year and I may have some type of job in the summers. I definitely can talk to someone from a Wells Fargo and pose the question. My credit score is about 750 though. I was curious what you all were thinking about getting approved for the refinance.

Hello Bigger Pockets community I am thrilled to be here! I currently am 13 and I am extremely interested in buy and hold investing with single family homes and multifamily homes. I plan on being highly educated and very familiar with buy and hold investments with single and multifamily homes by the time I am 18 and possibly having saved up enough for my first real estate investment. That being said, I was wondering if there are any great real estate investing books you guys would recommend I read to educate myself about single family and multifamily homes buy and hold investing. Thank you guys so much, and any suggestions are highly appreciated. Happy Easter to you all and god bless!
