No - not a real estate CPA - I'm mostly on the corporate audit side of accounting. I think you're right about there not being many parks in Philly. I plan to have to look in the suburbs or even further to find what I'm looking for.

My name is Levi, and I currently work in Philadelphia and the surrounding area as a CPA for a public accounting firm. I have been listening to the BP podcast over the past few weeks, and I'm excited to learn about the world of real estate investing.

My primary area of interest lies in the purchasing and operation of mobile home parks within approximately 100 mi radius of the Philadelphia area. I am most interested in investing in the parks rather than the mobile homes themselves.

Anyway, that's enough about me - I'm excited to hear from all of you out on the forums!
