Newbie from NJ/PA area

Hey folks, my name is Jonathan Kim. I'm originally from South Korea but raised in Staten Island, NY. Now, I live in central NJ and work in Philadelphia. I currently own a condo and last year purchased my first duplex.

I recently finished renovating one side of the duplex and moved in. I rent the other side and I also rent out the other condo that I own. I guess you can say I'm now basically living in a nice place for free. Am I loving it? You betcha!

As of now, I'm looking to sell my condo so that I can purchase more multi-family homes (trading up). Very excited to dive in to the Bigger Pockets resources. I attended a few webinars already and they were very informative. Some of it reaffirming what I already know.

Welcome Jonathan! Living rent-free or house hacking as @Brandon Turner calls it. Sounds like a great way to get started.
