Hello!  

  I'm been lurking around here for awhile and have finally decided it was time to introduce myself!  

   I'm in the Sacramento Ca area and I'm hoping to get into investing into real estate with in the next 6 months.  If you are from the Sacramento area, let me know!  I need get to know some like minded individuals!
