Hey Guys,

My name is Orail White Jr from New York City.  I just stumbled upon this site as I was looking up different ways to investing in real estate.  I am currently a licensed real estate gent in new york city doing rentals.  I have been in real estate a little over a year now.

My goals are to become a real estate investor.  I would like to start some wholesaling and eventually irk my way to buying and holding.  I hope to meet as many of you guys as possible and create some working relationships.

I would highly suggest you download the podcast as @Brandon Turner mentioned, you will learn a lot.

Are you looking into any specific boroughs? what type of investing are you looking to do in NYC? I'm new to REI myself and am still in the learning phase.
