I'm 100% positive that someone had to use that prior to me, no? I am a three your major in self directed studying of Real Estate investing. I am finally at a point where I am ready to take the plunge and stop reading and start doing. I reside just outside Philadelphia, PA and would love to connect to some investors in the area.
