New to the BP Community

Hi BP!

My name is Ian, and I am one of the many new members here at BiggerPockets.  As well as being a new member at BP, I am also new to RE Investing.  I have been doing research for the last month and found how much fun RE can be.  I have been jumping around sites and found BP to be incredibly informative.  I have been reading a number of threads for the last few days trying to gather a greater abundance of RE knowledge.

As well as searching the wed for information, I have made it to an informative RE class and joined a number of MeetUp groups in Colorado, where I will be able to meet experience investors and other wholesalers in the market.

My intention is to start out as a wholesaler, and build a list of buyers up.  I have bought a number of cash buyer lists and will begin to put myself out there.  I am currently seeking more buyers in our area, perhaps this community will open up as a resource to do so.

Right now, I have a developed business plan and 2-5, 10 year goals.  I am developing a website for my recently started company.  I will be happy to inform everyone of the new site upon completion.  I really looking forward to meeting everyone here at BP!
