Hello BP! Newbie here from Albion, NY!

Hello, I'm David. I live in Albion, NY. I'm just starting out in Real Estate Investing and have been reading blog posts and reading a RE book for the past month or so. I have been listening to the BiggerPockets Podcasts as well. I see real estate investment as my path to success and financial freedom. I discovered biggerPockets through iTunes.

I'm looking to move to the New England area to either Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts within the next four to five months. My focus is to dominate buy-and-holds and flips. Within the first year, I may do a flip, but definitely in my second year. I also have three years of construction experience.
