@Charlie DiLisio I will absolutely look into the REIA meetings, I wish that I could make it this week as the topic sounds right up my alley but unfortunately it's a bit short notice. I will look at the REIA website and see if I can make the next one. Thanks for the tip.

Hey Bigger Pockets community! I'm Jeremy Sloane, from West Palm Beach, FL. I am a licensed Realtor and building contractor and have been in the business of real estate/construction for about 7 years. I have been wanting to get involved in the investment side of the industry for a while and am finally ready to take the leap. My fiance and I are currently interested in both flipping and the long-term hold strategies, but also open to other niches as well. 

I am excited to be a part of the BP community and look forward learning from other's  experiences and sharing my knowledge as a contractor/Realtor.
