Multifamily Investment
Howdy BP Real Estate experts! This is Rob from from Houston Texas! I just joined BP and I'm keen on investing in Multifamily residential units in this town. I welcome any suggestions and comments on how to locate a good Multifamily deal and evaluate that deal for cash flow. I can' wait to hear from y'all! At the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo but I'll check back with ya ASAP! If ya like Bar-B-Que come on down!

Small multi-family is very hard in Houston. There's very little 2-4 plex situations in affordable areas. They tend to be either pretty bad areas or they're very expensive areas where old houses have been carved into several units. If your on a limited budget, single-family is an easier place to start I think.
My opinion as a novice investor but somebody who spent a huge amount of time looking for a multi-family I liked that and just didn't find much.
