How is it going my name is Josh. I am new to real estate and looking to build a strong foundation and plan before I make my first investment. I am currently working as a leasing agent for Apartment Guys Chicago. I am gaining as strong working knowledge of the Chicago land area and the price ranges. I want to primarily focus on multifamily homes (3-4 units) in middle to low income working class areas (west is where I have been looking primarily). I want to build strong passive income to allow me to gain financial freedom. I have been reading as many books as I can find, listening to podcasts, and speaking with seasoned investors that are willing to share their insight. I want to invest in real estate full time and turn this passion into a meaningful career. I want to make sure that I start off correct so I am able to stay strong throughout my career. I am really excited to be joining this community and I look forward to learning a lot!

Hey Josh, good luck with your pursuit of real estate. Keep hitting the personal development pretty hard and working on your goals. That way you'll definitely stay strong throughout your career. Be willing to learn every day, and apply what you learn by taking action. I'm excited to hear your future success stories. Take care.
