Hello from Fort Wayne, Indiana (Newbie)
Hi, I'm new to real estate investing and to BP. We're in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
We've been interested in investing in buy & hold rentals for years (single- or multi-family). We've done a lot of reading, but we're finally ready to get started.
I recently found the BP podcast and and they've been incredible. Thanks to Brandon and Josh for the podcast — so much great information.
And thanks to everyone on the forums for sharing your experience. Looking forward to learning from everyone here.
