Hello everyone! My name is Benjamin Lopez and I am from San Antonio. I have lived in San Antonio for most of my life. I love to travel around the world and learn new things. I also love to challenge myself with goals. I first became interested with real estate when I was 18. I bought my first rental property when I was 22 and I am trying to buy a multi-family home within this year. I am a 100% newbie with real estate and feel like I could learn so much more. I am looking forward to reading all the information that is available here as well as the podcast! Also learn a thing or two from some seasoned investors. Such as what was one of the mistakes you made that you would advise me to avoid?
