Hello all,

I was hoping that a few of you seasoned investors would give me some advice on finding some properties to flip. I currently am trying to invest in San Antonio. Its been pretty competitive here. How can I consistently have properties to flip in a market that seems like everything is going fast?

Also any advise on strategies that have worked well for you would be appreciated. I know you cant tell all your secrets but maybe one. If any veteran investor has time from their busy schedule I would love to meet with you over coffee or something. Any out of state investors that have time I would love to message you if you have advice.

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if any meetups to network with other real estate investors in San Antonio, TX?

I know there is some real estate investor associations but I'm not sure if they are just traps for beginner investors. I might be wrong about that.

I would really appreciate it if anyone had any suggestions.

Thank you!

I am in a very similar postion right now. Is it possble to have the owner list the property as a 4-plex then get conventional financing for it?

Hello everyone! My name is Benjamin Lopez and I am from San Antonio. I have lived in San Antonio for most of my life. I love to travel around the world and learn new things. I also love to challenge myself with goals. I first became interested with real estate when I was 18. I bought my first rental property when I was 22 and I am trying to buy a multi-family home within this year. I am a 100% newbie with real estate and feel like I could learn so much more. I am looking forward to reading all the information that is available here as well as the podcast! Also learn a thing or two from some seasoned investors. Such as what was one of the mistakes you made that you would advise me to avoid?
