Hello,

My name is Matt Schuberg, and I currently live in Simi Valley, CA. I currently work at an insurance company and I have no real estate experience yet, but I will make my first investment in a property later this year. My plan is to find a multi-family property and reside in one unit while renting out the other units. I am looking for a property in Ventura County. My goal is to generate enough passive income to cover my expenses so that I can leave my current position and focus on real estate investing full time. I stumbled upon BiggerPockets.com while researching real estate investing, and it has provided me with a lot of useful information already. I hope to connect with others who share the same interest in real estate that I have. If anyone is in the area and would like to chat, please feel free to contact me!
