Hi All,

I am glad to have found a website like BP! I am starting life over in San Diego after having lived in North Carolina for 2 years. I have lived mostly in Florida where I started investing in real estate. I would like to start networking here in San Diego, learn the market and start investing. I am looking forward to continuing my education here on BP, building my portfolio and eventually reap the benefits of being a successful real estate investor.
