Post: Are no ceiling lights in small rooms a problem or no big deal?

It all depends on what your plans are for the property. Are you going to hold and rent, or filp? From a rental perspective, I feel that overhead lights would be a convenience and not a necessity. However, if you are going to flip, check similar houses in the area to see what they have. It might not be that significant of an impact, but it would still be a selling point.

All the best!

Hi All,

I am glad to have found a website like BP! I am starting life over in San Diego after having lived in North Carolina for 2 years. I have lived mostly in Florida where I started investing in real estate. I would like to start networking here in San Diego, learn the market and start investing. I am looking forward to continuing my education here on BP, building my portfolio and eventually reap the benefits of being a successful real estate investor.

Cheers

Sid
