New Member Introduction

Hi Everyone, 

Just want to make a quick introduction.  I'm real estate investor in Kirkland, WA.  I'm a landlord with a rental house in the Olympia area where I grew up.   I've done two rent to own houses.  First one was sold and the second one ended up in a short sale.  Looking to expand my education and networking here to add second stream of income and grow my wealth.  Look forward to meeting like-minded investors.  My goal is to add more rental properties and to do some wholesaling and possible flips down the road.
