Hello. My name is Amy. I recently moved to PA in August 2014 from southern CA. I was in the mortgage industry from 2001 to 2013 (working in title, escrow, loan processing, loan officer, short sale negotiator and back to loan processing) but am now a nail tech (aka manicurist). I changed profession because I wanted to become a business owner and owning a nail salon is a lot more realistic for me than owning a mortgage company. But I still love real estate as I feel like that's where my roots are so I want to start investing in real estate, specifically rental properties. And I know that being part of this BP community will be a wealth of information for me. Thanks.
