Newbie in the SF Bay Area w/ dealings in TX

My name is Vanessa Garcia.  During the day I teach high school math (Pre-Calc & Geometry) and in the evenings I teach a class at the local community college.  In my copious amounts of free time I spend time learning all I can about mortgage notes ;).  

I'm totally a numbers gal and love to solve interesting problems so when my brother introduced me to the concept of mortgage notes you could say that I was hooked.  I like board games, card games, having a good time with friends and family.  I also enjoy watching TV shows and movies.  I'm an open book so you can always ask me anything :).  

I've been reading forums for quite a while now and have read several books on real estate notes and although I know some things I still have so many questions so I look forward to getting to know many of the great people here on BP.
