Hi, I'm James and my wife and I are embarking upon building a buy/hold portfolio. I'm not interested in reinventing the wheel; therefore I interested in doing my research. Fools rush in...I'd like books to read on the topic. I'm currently reading Ken McElroy's book; "The ABCs of Real Estate Investing..." I'm a RN, albeit God has blessed my with some rich life experiences; EM2 US Navy, 1st Gulf War. I'd like to go no money down if possible. We are taking a leap of Faith will keep you posted.
