Hello, I am a wholesaler in North Louisiana primarily.  My areas of concentration are Shreveport and Bossier City area in 25 mile radius but I will consider any areas of Louisiana.  I am also looking for properties to flip. Sfr or apartments and commercial projects.

This is a burned house that will have to be restored.  It is brick on a slab.  Could be flipped but primarily a rental unit in my opinion.  It will need electrical, some plumbing, ac condenser, roof repair, etc.  I estimated the value to be 45k to 55k when completed.  Maybe a little more but not more than 59k.  It will take 20k to 30k to remodel depending on various factors such as do it your-selfers vs contracting.  My contact info is (318)-573-9948

I have a 2012 doublewide on one acre in Haughton, LA.  It needs to be remodeled inside.  The total rehab is roughly 40k.  The mobile is free and clear but I owe for the land(17k).  The arv is about 125k.  I need a loan to complete this rehab for resale.  Project time about six months.  The home has been anchored to qualify for financing.

I am a wholesaler and flipper in the Shreveport/Bossier City area of Louisiana.  I currently have numerous properties available for rehab/flip  or landlord type properties.  They range from 10k to about $75k currently but I get more all the time.

I have a sfr in my self directed ira.  it is valued at 160k arv.  I don't have a loan against it.  I need $45k to complete the rehab and sell.  this would be non recourse . located in Shreveport ,  Louisiana
