Investor in Vermont

Hi All,

I have lived in Vermont nearly all of my life. In 2008 I went to Credit Card U and learned all about investing in real estate. Courses I took included Wholesale Buying, Lease Options and Forclosures. Though I have had many deals started I have never completed a deal. They all fell apart because I was unable to find any investors to help with capital. This year I hope to finally complete a deal. Strangely enough I am also president of the Champlain Valley REIA the only active REIA in Vermont that I know of. In addition I am also a member of my local Town's Planning and Zoning commission so if there is anything I can do for you there I would be glad to.
