Hi!

My name is Josh Briggs and I am from Austin, Texas! I am currently attending college at the University of Texas at Austin and I am majoring in Finance. I am also currently getting my Real Estate Licence. I want to be involved in investing in real estate, but I am not sure how to start as a college student. I can't wait to hear from everyone!

Check out the podcast that was just released. Austin is a great place to buy and hold. Anything in real estate is possible. Also since you are probably in similar situations, grab the book on investing in real estate with no or low money down. By Brandon Turner. Great way to get a new scope on this industry.
