Hello everyone my name is Steven Martinez. I came access BP a few months ago downloaded the Bigginers Guid and now I'm a new member. I'm a father of 4 have a full time job and no real estate experience. I've listened to a couple of podcast and cought yesterday's webinar on wholesaling.  I'm intrested in learning to wholesale and buying and holding multi-family homes. I hope to build a real estate empire so I can leave my job, retire in the country in a big ranch home, and raise a couple of Clydesdales even though I don't have any experience in that either.
