Hey team, I'm Brian a 25 yr old engineer living in beautiful Philadelphia. Looking to buy my very first home within the next few months with a long term goal of renting or selling.

Thanks in advance for all the help since I just started learning about real estate but am ready to jump right in. There is so much great information on BP and can't wait to contribute myself!
