@John Matthews great to see other engineers taking this step too. I'm currently working down near the airport so can't quite get rid of my car yet but a 20 min. drive is a small price to pay for living in the city!

Thanks and hopefully I can answer any city questions you may have

Thanks @David Ross! Looking to find a home to live in for at least a few years in the Passyunk Square area. Bella Vista and Graduate hospital are great neighborhoods too in the south part of the city

Thanks @Aaron Thomas and @Jessica F. , and if anyone has questions about specific areas of Philadelphia please let me know! I know South Philly very well and do a ton of walking so I know the neighborhood (and many others) well

Good luck @Troy Sheets , always a good thing to see this amazing city grow

Here's a good site for major construction plans in the city, hopefully to help when looking for areas http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/tags.php?tag=philadelphia

Hey team, I'm Brian a 25 yr old engineer living in beautiful Philadelphia. Looking to buy my very first home within the next few months with a long term goal of renting or selling.

Thanks in advance for all the help since I just started learning about real estate but am ready to jump right in. There is so much great information on BP and can't wait to contribute myself!
