Im Rick and I'm a real estate investor from Cleveland Ohio. I invested for about 10 years doing wholesaling, flipping, lease options and some rentals. In 2007 when the market changed I took a break to work on other projects, but decided to get back into investing again.  My goal is to create a new team of people and build relationships with other investors, private lenders, contractors, and others that make transactions happen.  I'm also trained as a psychological counselor which has helped me greatly in creating a good mindset and in working with other people.  Look forward to meeting others and contributing to the group.
