Hello, BP!

My name is Carolyn McNeil and my husband and I just moved to Holland in the past year with our two young boys. I am new to REI as well as the area so I am trying to learn as much as I possibly can, as quickly as I can! My husband's job affords me the opportunity to stay home with our children and so I have decided that now is the perfect time to pursue some dreams. I would ultimately like to have a diversified REI portfolio that includes some buy and holds, rehabs, and development. I am going to start with residential but would like to include commercial down the road. Would love to hear from others in the area and any tips or advice you can share with this newbie would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Carolyn
