Hello to every1 in the virtual world. I'm a 25 year resident of San Diego and am about to dip into the real estate investing world (bout to refi my casa). Always looking to meet new folks  especially in the area, to chat about investing or other cool things.

Any tips or words of wisdom would most definitely not fall on deaf ears.  Look forward to the discussions and plethora of knowledge around here.
