New Commercial Real estate investor in Pittsburgh, PA

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jason Mittenzwey and I am new to real estate investing. I currently reside and would like to start investing in the Pittsburgh area. I am currently working toward my first deal. I would ultimately like to focus on apartment buildings, but am willing to venture into all aspects of real estate. I currently work as an RN and would like to retire from this career once my investments allow. I have a five year goal in place to earn enough to retire. Any help or advice from those in the apartment world is welcome. It may sound stupid to you vets but I am currently hung up on how to make an offer on a property (paperwork wise). Thank you for reading hope to chat with many of you soon.
