Hello all,

My name is Frank, and I am interested in investing in rental properties. I have read a few books about it, and I know just enough to be totally overwhelmed!

I have tons of questions about how to find properties, LLCs, types of loans, transaction costs, etc, etc, etc.

I don't really know anyone who does this kind of thing, so I'm looking to make some connections. I found a real estate investment association in the area, and I'll be going to their next meeting.

Anyway, looking forward to learning alot here, and hopefully actually getting started.

@James Wise I didn't see the game yesterday, but based on how it turned out I don't know that I missed too much. We have an easy game tonight if we don't mess things up too badly.

Thanks @Rhett Tullis for the welcome. I've got tons of questions so I'm slowly searching old posts to read up about things. This place is a great resource already.
