Hi! I am a newbie from Salem, OR. I have been so inspired by the Bigger Pockets podcast's and many of the forum discussions. I am currently studying to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Washington. My husband and I are currently looking to convert our primary residence into a rental property and want to buy a small multifamily property to move into. In addition, we are looking to learn how to better market in our area and wholesale our first deal! I look forward to learning from and networking with everyone!
