Hello BiggerPockets community! I just upgraded my account last night so that I can post on the marketplace. I have been hustling lately!

I'm David Dobbs, from Atlanta, Georgia originally and Live in Hartwell, GA and have 3 single family homes right now.

I'm looking to invest in South Carolina and Indiana. Single Family, Multifamily and Storage Facilities are what I am most interested in.

My company websites are tonsofhouses.com and tonsofstorage.com, I have bigger plans for these sites, so there isn't much content on there...yet!

I would enjoy getting to know like minded people and making lifetime friends, and business partners.  As well as contractors, real estate agents, attorneys, and almost anyone else too.
