'08 Audi A4 , quattro, got it for Uber, its my third ride in 7 months, had an 04' Acura TSX then an '06 MB C-280, I actually made money on that one btw. I plan on selling the Audi in 4 months or less. If I can't then I'll have to keep till I do...then IDK.

We already have $1,500,000 in liquid assets, but we need $2,500,000 for the certain number of clubs that we will be starting and running.  We are looking for partners who have $1,000,000 in liquidity assets that are not in a retirement account.  

The $1,000,000 needs to be shown, but not necessarily needed for investment in this partnership.

I have a presentation that has been approved by the partners to share with you as a preliminary step before an Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed.

Correction: Seeking $72,000 for 90%, or $80,000 for 100% equity which includes assignment fee of $8,000 and buyer's title insurance.

All utilities Included, which skews this cap rate.

Duplex is being sold because it had 3 toilets constantly running which caused a massive water bill, of $21,000.  This purchase contract is contingent upon proof of this water issue being fixed and utility company lien not attaching to the property.
