Hello everyone

I was recently laid off from my job and have always been interested in real estate investing. I am actually looking for a new job, but in the meantime, looking into this more and more. I've got money, I've got time, and I've got basic knowledge. What I'd like to do is maybe be a fly on the wall to someone else somewhat new as they go through the a flip or wholesale some deals.
