Nice to meet you all! My name is Jamie Jacobs. This is my first post in the forums. I'm currently a college student dual majoring in studio art at St. Thomas University in Houston, Texas & working at a part time job. I'll be graduating in a year & a half & I'm looking to build business capital & to pay off my student loans & go for my master's. I'm primarily interested in wholesaling & then perhaps acquiring some rentals & some fix & flips later on. While I have no background in real estate, I've been researching around a lot & looking to see if this is something I'm truly interested in doing at this time.
